Point Reyes National Seashore, Point Reyes Station, Calfornia

The Point Reyes national Seashore at Point Reyes Peninsula in Marin County, California, USA is a park reserved on 71,028-acre or approximately 287.88-km-square. It is maintained under the surveillance of USA National Park Science and has been provided with the extra care as it is taken as a national nature preserve, it has been also allowed to existing users that they can continue their agricultural work in their specified areas.


Point Reyes National Seashore has not been only been the attraction of visitors nor a wonderland for the local residential's but also Hollywood was attracted towards it and meanwhile in 1980's a horror film named The Fog was also filmed in numerous parts of this land. This part of land is separated from the Marin County geologically and half of it is sunk below the Tomales Bay.

Almost 2.5 million tourists are attracted towards it each year and the numbers are increasing with each passing year, their also is a 45 bed hostel at the seashore for the visitors maintained by the Hostelling International USA. This place is suitable for hiking and for the marine life lover's as it contains a large deposit of oyster farm closure.
